### One Affiliate Portal (Reactive)

This 1-hour training will walk you through the main processes in the One Affiliate portal for reactive work. This includes how to accept a work order, schedule a work order, submit a quote, invoice, and manage employee credentials.

### **Mobile App Training**

This hands-on technician training demonstrates how to download the One by SMS Assist mobile app, logging in and the check in/out process. You will be practicing how to check in and out of the mobile app with test work orders.

This 45-minute demo demonstrates both the technician and Affiliate versions of the One Onsite mobile application.
